These were grand affairs, accommodating 125 seated guests for an elaborate five-course dinner. The culinary magic was orchestrated by a rotating selection of Dallas’s finest restaurants and most celebrated chefs, including Fabien Goury and Yasmine Bohsali Goury from Main Street Bakery, Georgie, Stephan Courseau from Le Bilboquet, and the renowned Chef John Tesar. Their incredible generosity meant they contributed their talents entirely pro bono, ensuring that all funds raised went directly to support our impactful Haiti project.
