Currently, my portfolio includes four duplexes located in the Casa Linda and Lakewood areas, which are fantastic, vibrant neighborhoods. We also own a single-family rental home in East Dallas. What’s important to me is having all our Dallas rental properties relatively close to our own home in Forest Hills. This allows us to be readily available and responsive to our tenants, ensuring they have the best possible experience. Beyond Dallas, I also own a condo in Copper Mountain, Colorado, which I use for short-term rentals through platforms like VRBO. Working with vacationers is a particularly enjoyable experience; they’re always in such a joyful and relaxed state. I find great satisfaction in sharing my extensive knowledge of the area with them, helping them make the most of their trip.

However, our kids absolutely fell in love with it, which quickly prompted us to purchase a larger home to accommodate our growing family and their friends. I’m incredibly passionate about Lake Cypress Springs and would love to introduce more Dallas residents to its unparalleled beauty and charm. I am inherently attentive to detail, extremely hard-working, can think quickly on my feet in any situation, and have a proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people from all walks of life.
